I have been painting for as long as I can remember. But only when I began my studies in Architecture at the age of eighteen, I discovered what painting really meant. I experimented with large formats, to separate from the painting, to feel the illusion of depth, to take over the canvas. Since then, I dedicate a great part of my time to art and painting. In the classic sense of the term I pay attention to composition by arranging figures and backgrounds over the entire surface of a canvas, to deepen the colour, to analyse volumes and internal structures of landscapes and people. And like every painter before me I search for the light.
