Thank you very much to the Künstlerhaus Palais Thurn und Taxis in Bregenz for giving me the opportunity to be part of this community of artists from Vorarlberg.
With my painting I try to capture what I see. This means that, in contrast to Spain where everything is very dramatic and where light and shadow create very sharp contrasts, in Vorarlberg I have observed transparencies, reflections, mirrors and soft and subtle contrasts. Also intense colours that define the natural and urban landscape. I find all this a very suggestive source of inspiration.
